Meditation is not about “Doing”. It is about “Being” in meditation.

One of the most common remark that I have heard people say is that their mind does not become blank during meditation. They have too many thoughts. Again Right. If you have lived a life on this planet and played many roles, you are bound to have thoughts and memories. We are so much in the doing and planning that the mind is trained to think in this manner.

When thoughts flow during meditation, they are coming in awareness. Acknowledging them would not give them power over you. Engaging with thoughts give them power over you.

Meditation allows you to slowly get the awareness and control over your mind.
